My Story
My name is Rosemarie Ayoola, and my passion is helping people find relief from pain and discomfort so they can feel whole again.
From a young age, whenever a family member or friend was sick, my first instinct was always, “How can I help?” If I couldn’t, I felt it deeply. That desire to bring comfort and healing led me on a journey to better understand the body and how it functions. This ultimately guiding me to the world of massage therapy.
Once I discovered the powerful benefits of massage, I knew I had found my calling. I became committed to learning everything I could to help others reduce pain and tension, improve circulation and find relief from the stress of everyday life.
With faith and determination, I made the bold decision to leave my job and pursue massage school, trusting that everything would fall into place—and it did. I began my training at the Massage Institute in Cleveland, TN in June 2015, graduated just six months later, and was soon hired as a therapist at The Chattanoogan Hotel in May 2016.
In May 2017, I founded Health Restoration Massage. What started as a vision quickly became a reality, built on trust, dedication, and meaningful connections. One of my very first clients during clinical rotation is still with me today (along with many of her family members and friends) and that loyalty means everything to me.
At Health Restoration Massage, the focus is total restoration. From the moment you walk through the door, every detail from the music, lighting, and atmosphere is designed to bring peace and serenity to your mind, body, and soul. My goal is simple: no one should leave my room the same way they came in.
I am committed to continuous learning so I can serve my clients at the highest level. In June 2023, I expanded my services to include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), allowing me to help even more people by reducing inflammation, swelling, bruising, and discomfort, especially after surgery or during recovery.
My promise to you is to always give my very best. I love working with individuals and entire families to support their health and wellness, and I am honored by the trust placed in me, including referrals from local physicians, Chiropractors and Nurse Practitioners.
