Cancelation/Late Arrival
We kindly ask for at least 6 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less notice or miss your appointment, a 30% fee of the service cost will be charged, as we may not be able to fill the time. Future appointments may require a credit card to secure booking. We understand emergencies or illnesses happen, but if you're feeling unwell (fever, infection, vomiting, or diarrhea), please cancel. Inclement weather will typically not incur charges, but this will be assessed case-by-case. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete any paperwork. If you're running late, please call to let us know, as we may not be able to extend your session time. If we're late, we’ll make up for it by extending your session or adjusting the fee.
